What is the average production/processing time?
Puzzles: 2-4 business days + shipping
Note Cards: 2-4 business days + shipping
Art Prints: 5-7 business days + shipping (made-to-order)
We strive to process ahead of schedule whenever possible! Productions times may increase by a few days to accommodate a larger volume of orders during peak holiday season in the months of November and December.
What is the typical shipping time frame?
Packages typically take 2-5 business days to arrive anywhere within the contiguous United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote for Hawaii, Alaska or international shipping addresses.
We are only responsible for the product arriving to the original shipping location listed on the order form. Our shop and the Shipping Carrier are not responsible for a damaged product replacement if the package is outside of 5 days from its delivery date, stolen after delivery, or if the item has been re-shipped elsewhere after it has been delivered to the original shipping address on the order. Re-shipping constitutes mailing the product in the same packaging whether it was opened or unopened, as well as, shipping the product in different packaging to an additional location. Please see the Return Policy section below for more details regarding contacting us about returning an item damaged during transit.
Will an art print look exactly the same as displayed on the website?
It is the customer's responsibility to view the sample photos provided in the listing on more than one device to ensure they are happy with the coloring of the art. All computer/device screens are different and may have slight variation from the final product. This does not qualify as a manufacturing defect. However, if a drastic difference is noticeable, please be sure to contact us within 5 consecutive days of the delivery date to report the issue and provide a few photos to illustrate the primary area of concern. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will contact our printing lab partner immediately with the information you have reported.
Do you offer puzzle piece replacements?
Unfortunately, no, we do not offer replacement pieces. The manufacturer may sometimes change their puzzle piece die cut and we would have no way of knowing which patterns were used for our various reorders. If we still carry the puzzle image in stock, then a customer would need to purchase a new puzzle. We can not guarantee that each image will always be restocked as we reorder based on image popularity.
What is the Return Policy?
We are not able to issue refunds, but in most cases we do allow for returns for store credit. Please contact us to receive approval prior to returning the package so we can find out what the issue is. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit for any “Sale” or “Final Sale” items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (the original shipping, the return, and the shipping of the new item). As soon as we receive the returned item (which must be in the same perfect and resalable condition), at that time we will issue a 14-day store credit coupon code for the exact amount of the item’s original purchase price, excluding shipping. If the customer does not make a purchase using any or all of the store credit within the 14 days, then any unused credited amount will become forfeit. Artisan Prints & Gifts will have no further obligation to the order and will close it out as complete. The returned item(s) will be kept by us, the seller, regardless if the customer did not use the store credit. It is highly recommended that the customer should purchase shipping insurance for safe return of the item so that upon arrival it will be approved as resalable condition. Please see below for further details about specific items.
If in a rare case that the item is being returned due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage, then the item will be replaced at no cost to the customer and standard shipping fees for the new product will be covered as well. IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible to inspect the package and the product inside immediately upon delivery. Any product defects or transit damage must be reported WITHIN 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS of the delivery date. Please take pictures of the damaged area of the shipping box and the damage of the product, and email them to us WITHIN 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS of the package delivery date. Our email address is ArtisanPrintsAndGifts@gmail.com. The damaged item(s) must be returned inside ALL the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. This is imperative for filing the insurance claim on this package.
Art Prints: Your art is printed and assembled on a made-to-order basis to ensure that you receive the highest quality product available. It is ordered custom according to the customer’s choice of image, size, and printing material; therefore, refunds are not available. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new art piece, so if you choose to return it, please CONTACT US WITHIN 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. Art prints are not returnable past this time frame. The art must to be returned in its original packaging.
Puzzles: We can only accept a return if the puzzle box has not been opened; therefore, the plastic bag of puzzle pieces inside must remain sealed as well. The box label must still be sealed without signs of attempts to open it and the box can not be crushed, marked up, scuffed or damaged in any way upon return. We can only approve a store credit if the puzzle is returned in perfect, resalable condition.
Stationery: All stationery must be returned its original, perfect condition. Any plastic wrapping and seals must remained unopened.
